102 m2 / 4 rooms plus kitchen / House ”Sopusointu” in Kruununhaka Helsinki designed 1915 by architect Gustaf Estlander

 

The apartment was completely renovated in this project. The floorplan was completely transformed. MINIMO was responsible for designing the plan and getting the planning permission. The kitchen was relocated to a former corridor which was opened to the dining area. Adjustments were done to dividing walls and new openings were done between the living-room and bed-rooms.
